Our Victoria office serves the Capital Regional District (CRD), Saltspring Island and the Islands Trust, the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD), while our Parksville office provides services in the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) and beyond.
Hoyt Design Co. was founded as Ryan Hoyt Designs Inc., in the Municipality of Saanich, located in the Capital Regional District. Better known as Greater Victoria, the CRD is made up of thirteen (13) municipalities and outlying electoral districts.
The Cowichan Valley Regional District offers opportunities for us to adventure into recreational designs in the beautiful Shawnigan Lake and Cowichan Lake areas, as well as unique and expansive estate and agricultural projects throughout Cobble Hill, Duncan and the Cowichan Valley. There is also the upshoot of new communities in areas such as Mill Bay offering beautiful properties at a great value only a short distance from Victoria.
The RDN, centered on the City of Nanaimo, represents the greatest opportunity for growth on the Island, which we are excited to be a part of. In addition to beautiful recreational and retirement communities of Parksville & Qualicum Beach, the RDN boasts many great development opportunities.
